On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great honor for me to extend a cordial invitation to you for the Rare Sugar Congress 2023 (RSC2023) - the 8th International Symposium of International Society of Rare Sugars (ISRS). The RSC 2023 will be held from March 31 to April 2, 2023 at the Kagawa International Conference Hall (Takamatsu, Kagawa, JAPAN). Travel Information 

Takamatsu is the largest city in Kagawa Prefecture, part of the Shikoku region of Japan. This scenic location is travel destination close to Osaka, Kyoto, and the Kansai area. In this season, cherry flowers are as beautiful as they are ephemeral, and the best period to see them in full bloom. Hanami (cherry blossoms viewing) is a centenary tradition that permeates the whole Japan and of couse there are many attractive spots to view them in Kagawa area.
