Abstract Submission 

Presenters are requested to submit one page abstract in MS word file by email.

Abstract submission will start on July 1, 2025. 
Abstract submission due date is September 1, 2025 (JST).     
Abstract submission due date is extended to September 15, 2025 (JST)
Abstract submittion is closed on September 15, 2025.

Invited Oral Presentation

The author(s) selected for an invited oral presentation have been notified by email.  

All abstracts will be considered for poster presentations after the review process, and a limited number will be selected for an oral presentation.

**For all oral speakers**
      Slides for an oral presentation must be prepared with PowerPoint. The recommended slide aspect ratio is 16:9 (the standard size for the current version of PowerPoint). Use standard Windows fonts only; avoid using non-standard Windows fonts or language-specific fonts. Windows is a preferable PC for oral presentations. Mac PC and MS Surface users are requested to bring their own adapter with an HDMI interface to connect to the slide projector on site. To avoid any issues with movies, loops, etc., invited lecturers and speakers are asked to contact the registration desk on site at least half a day before their session time to arrange for the projection of slides.

Poster Presentation (Guide for Poster Preparation)

1) Please make your poster fit the space within a display panel.
    The panel size is 2,100 mm height X 850 mm wide.
    There is no strict rule for this but we recommend to make your poster with a regular A0 size paper (1,189 mm X 841 mm). 

2) Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall (First floor of hall building of the Sunport Takamatsu) from November 17 to 19, 2025. 
    The poster number is displayed at the upper left corner of each poster panel. Pushpins or double-sided tape will be provided.

3) Poster presenters must stay and give a chance of discussion with audiences in front of each poster (Poster Discussion on November 19).
    13:00 – 13:45: for odd numbered posters
    13:45 – 14:30: for even numbered posters

4) Please remove your poster by 16:00 on November 19, 2025.

Guides for Abstract Preparation

All presenters (invited, oral, and poster presentation) are required to submit one page abstract (MSWord file only) for your presentation at Rare Sugar Congress 2025 (RSC2025). The following are the basic requirements: 

1) A4 (210 mm x 297 mm) or letter size with a 25 mm margin on all 4 sides. 

2) The manuscript must be written in English. Use 12 point Times New Roman font. 

3) Papers should be arranged in the following order; Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), and Text Body. 

4) The presenter and corresponding author(s) should be marked with an underline and an asterisk (*), respectively.

5) The e-mail address of all of authors should be given on the second page of abstract file.

6) Figures and tables can be included.
