The Rare Sugar Congress (RSC) is  held as the International Symposium of ISRS approximately every three years for the exchange of information on various aspects of rare sugars, from production to application.

Travel Information 

Takamatsu is the largest city in Kagawa Prefecture, part of the Shikoku region of Japan. This scenic location is travel destination close to Osaka, Kyoto, and the Kansai area. In this season, cherry flowers are as beautiful as they are ephemeral, and the best period to see them in full bloom. Hanami (cherry blossoms viewing) is a centenary tradition that permeates the whole Japan and of couse there are many attractive spots to view them in Kagawa area.
